If you receive any product that is not what we have described in our catalog (replica, specs, and image)  you are not bound to keep that product, we will return your money. REFUND OR EXCHANGE

We only exchange if any product has a manufacturing fault, broken or scratched, only at the time of purchase and item open infront of courier staff.

You have to inform us if cannot bring it back right away. email at info@mmestore.pk along with your invoice number and small description. Original box and all accessories should be returned as well.

If the item is dispatched to you in a different city then we will provide the Exchange and the shipping cost which our customer will bear to send us back.
